I am a witness

First-person testimony is the most crucial evidence for a court of law. Your testimony can be used to prosecute the RF in an international criminal court, as well as in the courts of leading European countries, particularly Germany, which have already launched their own investigations. The international court and prosecutors of other countries with the right to investigate war crimes (e.g., Germany, France, Belgium, etc.) cannot conduct their own investigative actions on the territory of Ukraine. Therefore, they will rely on the materials provided by the Ukrainian prosecutor's office and other plaintiffs. However, the evidence collected by non-governmental and independent organizations is of the greatest importance to European courts.

We have agreed to cooperate with the French non-governmental organization Yahad-In Unum (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yahad-In_Unum), led by the Catholic priest and genocide researcher Father Patrick Desbois, documenting Russian crimes committed in Ukraine against the Ukrainian civilian population.

HOW IS THE TESTIMONY RECORDED?

The testimony is recorded in video format via zoom. For this, we will contact you and arrange a convenient time. At the end of your story, the operator will ask you if you agree to submit your testimony to the court. If you refuse, your testimony will not be used anywhere. We do not share your testimony with the media or any media representatives. It is up to you whether your testimony becomes evidence against the crimes of the Russian Federation.
