In 2022, the Russian army committed grave war crimes against the Ukrainian civilians in the Ukrainian town of Bucha. We are convinced that the perpetrators must face the full punishment regardless of time, distance, or jurisdiction.

The purpose of this resource is to create a comprehensive and reliable database of perpetrators for indefinite prosecution up to the last one that remains at large. This resource is a private and non-profit initiative of people who believe that crimes against humanity cannot go unpunished.

We are not a professional human rights organization, but we have united Ukrainian citizens who will do everything for the sake of justice.
